At Team Prestbury, learning a foreign language provides opportunities for purposeful communication. It will require children to persevere, take risks, experiment and make mistakes. It will nurture children's self esteem and self confidence and provide opportunities to stimulate curiosity and broaden horizons. The learning of a foreign language increases critical thinking skills, creativity and flexibility of mind in children.
